Philippine Food Expo
I would like to take this opportunity as well to thank I-Cut Unlimited for organizing and letting us work with them this year and staging the first MIX IT UP! Wanted the Best Student Mixologist held at the World Trade Center last February 26, 2012. This is the very first competition for students that has a format of a "Talking Bartender" It's harder that it looks believe me, but we thought of this for the very reason that bartenders are supposed to be the "Elite" in the F and B industry. This will give the students an idea of how it is to make a well crafted drink while teling the guest how it's done. The first champion of this competition went to Ms. Denise Banzon of PUP Sta Mesa who walked home with P10,000. Who will be the champion next year? Let us find out.
